We offer a generous 15 day return policy for all online orders. Only items that are unworn, in the original box with the original UPC code tag still attached qualify for return. To proceed with a return, please call our showroom during business hours to authorize the return and receive mailing instructions. Jewelry that has been custom ordered or resized does not qualify for return or exchange.
Shipping
Order placed before 3PM PST will be shipped out the same day. Orders received after 3PM PST will be shipped out withing 1 business day. Special orders may take up to 7 business days to be shipped. To protect our clients, orders will only be shipped to the billing address of the credit card used to pay for the order.
Price Guarantee

After you buy: * Jasmins Jewelry guarantees our price to be the same or lower of any competitor's * advertised price for a period of 30 days. If for any reason you find the same item *advertised at a lower price we will match the advertised price and refund you the difference.

We can't accept hand written quotes from other jewelers or web based solicitations by unauthorized dealers, it must be an advertised price. Customer must provide us the advertised piece and it must be for the same style, materials, quality and certification. Qualified date stamped e-mail quotes wil be excepted for a period of no more than 72 hours from the date stamp.
